Terms of Service

Atlas Academy is a tutor for children: software that installs on an Android phone, decides what a child should do next, and teaches it. Every subject, every grade, one price.

Atlas is not open to the public yet. When it opens, these terms will be extended to cover the application, and we will tell you before that happens.

We write to you once, on the day Atlas opens. Nothing else: no newsletter, no drip campaign, and we do not share your address with third parties.

You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hola@atlasacademy.app. We delete it and keep no copy.

The list price is $5 a month, and it covers every child on the device. If $5 is too much, a family sets $4, $3, $2 or $1 and it is approved automatically, with no application and no explanation. There are also scholarships, which do have an application.

If you stop paying, your child keeps learning. Everything already on the phone keeps working indefinitely. Only sync and new content pause. There is no switch that turns off what you already downloaded, and there will not be one.

Atlas is licensed for use by a family, a classroom, or an institution that subscribes — not for resale, not for commercial redistribution, and not for scraping its content and publishing it as your own.

Content packs are cryptographically signed. That exists so a file handed to you by a neighbour can be verified before it is trusted, and sharing Atlas phone-to-phone through that mechanism is an intended use, not a breach.

Atlas commits to teaching, to measuring honestly, and to reporting back what your child can do without help — including the weeks when that did not move.

What no tutor can promise is a grade, a score, or a specific academic outcome for a specific child. Anyone promising you that is selling you something else.
